Setiawangsa Rangers Football Club has organised a Football Tournament at the grassroots level. Among them are the Under 16 Football Championship, Under 12 Football Championship and under 17 year. This tournament involves players at the grassroots level.

The U12 Cruyff Court Championship was held in 2019 involving players ranging in age from 9 years to 12 years. A total of 130 players have participated in this tournament. This tournament can hone the talents of players at the grassroots level.

Setiawangsa Rangers Football Club has collaborated with the Kg. Baru Air Panas and Yayasan Hasanah.

The Cruyff Court U17 Tournament was held in 2019 involving players aged 15 to 17 years. A total of 120 players are involved in this tournament. This tournament gives exposure to players in participating in local community level tournaments.

The Nik Nazmi Cup U16 Championship was held in 2018. This tournament was held for the first time after the establishment of this football club. A total of 16 teams were involved in this tournament. And a total of 400 players are involved in this tournament. The Felda United team has won this tournament and the Hotspurs sports club team became the Runners-up in the first edition.

The Under 12 Football Championship in conjunction with the Setiawangsa Sports Carnival was held in 2019. The tournament also took place during the theme of National Sports Month. The tournament involved a total of 24 teams. A total of 360 young players have participated in this tournament. This tournament has a huge impact on the development of football at the grassroots level.
